What if you had the tools to avoid that negative feeling and could turn conflict into a positive experience? Learn to understand reactions to conflict in order to better manage your attitudes and constructive communication. Examine conflict solutions and develop conflict resolution strategies that foster teamwork and win-win solutions. 

This course requires activities with children during the course session.
