This two-week course consists of online course work the first week where you will need the ability to watch and listen to videos to complete. During the second week, you will join a live Zoom Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. with Bari Koral, Yogapalooza yogi. You will also be ready to implement some of the kids yoga you have learned with any children in your group or environment and journal about that experience.
Yogapalooza: Calm Module is the first in a three-part series of Yogapalooza modules but you can complete the modules in any order.
