It’s surprising that we don’t emphasize self-care more than we do! Practicing self-care is an important professional development activity that will help you to cognitively, physically, and emotionally bounce back each day. Mindful and consistent self-care is central to preventing or reducing stress and burnout which is important in maintaining and enhancing your well-being now and in the future!
