Description

As an early childhood educator, understanding the importance of consistency and predictability is critical. This course looks at the foundational elements of a consistent, predictable, and efficient daily schedule and how it can positively influence the exploration and learning of young children. Define a daily schedule and describe its components, including routines. Identify guidelines for successfully creating, teaching, and implementing a developmentally appropriate daily schedule in your early childhood setting.  

This course is appropriate for all early care and education professionals in center-based and family child care settings.
