Our trainings are designed for today’s early childhood care and education professionals—whether you work in a center, family child care home, before- and after-school program, or all-day care for school-age youth during summers and school breaks.

We offer a wide range of options:

• Flexible formats – from one-hour sessions to multi-part series.
• Coaching available your way – add coaching alongside any training, or request coaching on its own (virtual or in-person) at no extra cost.
• Accessible delivery – live online through Zoom or face-to-face at a location convenient for you, anywhere in Kansas.
• Affordable choices – low-cost options that make professional development possible for everyone.

All trainings are led by Professional Development Specialists with education and hands-on experience working with children and families. Sessions are designed to honor different ways of learning and recognize the many experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds represented in the workforce, the children and families in our programs, and the communities we serve. Our content is grounded in best practices and current research, so you’ll always be learning what’s best for kids.

A few details to know:

• Due to funding restrictions, requests from military child care, Head Start programs, and school districts may require extra coordination or referral. We’ll gladly help get you started.
• After you submit your request, a Professional Development Specialist will review it and schedule a consultation to select the training or coaching that best fits your needs. Together, we’ll discuss logistics, administrative details, and expectations.
• We ask for at least three weeks’ notice for planning, though we do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
