About the presenter, Ellen Drolette.
Ellen brings over 30 years of experience in the early childhood field. Her enthusiasm and passion for working with young children and families are as enormous as her passion for working with early childhood teachers, directors, mentors, administrators, and the entire team of early
childhood has had many roles in the ECE profession, including owning a family childcare program, being a Global Leader with the World Forum Foundation, engaging as a past Board member of the National Association for Family Child Care, and authoring several articles for Exchange Magazine and was awarded a Master Leader by Exchange Magazine in 2016. Her first book, Overcoming Teacher Burnout in Early Childhood: Strategies for Change, was published in 2018 by Redleaf Press.
Ellen is a certified practitioner in Appreciative Inquiry and is teaching educators how to goodify their lives by using AI as a strategy for overcoming burnout. Ellen speaks around the country and works for Seed and Sew, supporting teachers in raising emotionally intelligent tiny humans.
Ellen has been a Life is Good Playmaker for many years and incorporates play into every opportunity
Ellen resides in the Lake Champlain Islands of Vermont with her husband. She is a parent and a grandparent.
