Since 1986, Kansas Child Care Training Opportunities, Inc. (KCCTO) has been serving child care providers in Kansas. KCCTO is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors.

- Office Hours: Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are not open on major holidays.
