Naturally Fostering the Communication Development of Young Children
Description
Do you have children in your care who sometimes struggle to tell you their thoughts, wants, and needs? Are you looking for ideas to help you support them naturally in your early childhood setting? As an early childhood professional, you are in a wonderful position to shape young children into successful communicators. In this training, you will learn about the basics of communication development and key elements of an inclusive and language-rich early childhood setting?including a variety of activities to help encourage language development naturally during the day. This training will also share about many common communication differences along with some specific strategies to help facilitate language development within your everyday routines.
This course is appropriate for people who work with infants, toddlers, preschool-aged children in center-based and family child care settings.
