LIVE Virtual Training: Behavior Guidance: Stating Behavioral Expectations
Description
Join us for this LIVE Virtual Training about guiding behavioral expectations for preschoolers, toddlers, and mixed-aged groups of children. When children clearly understand what you expect of them, they can more securely play and work within those parameters. In this training, you will explore how and why it is important to state behavioral expectations during activities and routines. You will be introduced to the four steps involved in developing and teaching developmentally appropriate expectations that support children in being successful in meeting appropriate expectations. This virtual training requires you to use a webcam or front-facing camera to create a more interactive and engaging learning experience. Details about access to the training launchpad will be provided via email the day before the virtual training.
This course includes both asynchronous and synchronous elements. The LIVE portion will take place from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
