This interactive, engaging course is designed for everybody. This is the most fun you can have learning about yoga and mindfulness guaranteed!
Yogapalooza Modules can be taken in any order. No prior experience is required. Yogapalooza: Peace Module will teach you how to master some of the best mindfulness activities for children including Ocean Breath, Attitude Gratitude and Rainbow Relaxation. Discover popular activities for kids yoga including The Yoga Dragon Hunt (like going on a Bear Hunt but with yoga!) and other classroom favorites. The Peace Module also consists of wonderful tips you can keep in your back pocket to help you navigate through stress and emotional emergencies! You will leave this module inspired, confident and ready to share the benefits of kids yoga and mindfulness.
This two-week course consists of online course work the first week where you will need the ability to watch and listen to videos to complete the module. During the second week, you will join a live Zoom Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. with Bari Koral, Yogapalooza yogi. You will also be ready to implement some of the kids yoga you have learned with any children in your group or environment and journal about that experience. Yogapalooza: Peace Module is the second in a three-part series of Yogapalooza modules, but you can complete the modules in any order.
