Positive Solutions for Families (and Staff!)

Preventing and addressing challenging behavior in toddlers and preschoolers is a training topic common to families and early care and education providers alike. The Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (CSEFEL) developed an evidence-based, user-friendly parent training series of six sessions to assist early care and education programs and providers in helping families use more positive and effective parenting behaviors, which will in turn promote social and emotional development and prevent or address many challenging behaviors and mental health needs early. This training was developed primarily for parents of toddlers and preschool-age children. http://csefel.vanderbilt.edu/resources/training_parent.html
