Participants will learn more about their temperament and the temperaments of the infants and toddlers enrolled in their program through the utilization of the Infant Toddler Temperament Tool (IT3). Participants will leave being able to complete the tool and use the results to obtain "Goodness of Fit" and activity suggestions.
