As required by federal law, the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) is beginning an analysis of the child care market in our state. Information obtained through this analysis may be used to assist the agency in making decisions regarding future child care subsidy policy and benefit rates. DCF has contracted with the Learning Tree Institute at Greenbush to conduct this study. They will be contacting child care providers soon to gather information needed for this analysis and you may hear from them via letter, email or telephone.
